Prepare and submit performance reports
Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction
Manage all task for smooth production,smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment
Coordinate with all department for smooth manufacturing process
Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting best possible output and giving direction in floor.
Setup sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing
Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
Ensure complete task to make finished goods from raw materials.
Communicate always with merchandising team and solve every production related issues involved merchandising.
Achieve maximum production by lowest cost
Appointing and interviewing all production staff and their salary fixation.
Giving feedback to garments Buyer and Buyer QC
Communicate with top management directly when need in any issues of his garments factory.
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records

To develop proto parts as per the drawing and provide feedback to Designer for improvements
Preparation of samples and forwarding between units.
Maintaining the tools and tool kits
Maintaining the better 5S in the proto shop
Have to purchase necessary materials for proto development.
Understanding of drawing and should have basic engineering standards on materials, machining, welding, press operation, tool, sheet metal fabrication.
Maintaining good inter-departmental relations.

Electrical supervisor will handle all responsibilities to support plant production and outer area with respect to electrical and mechanically operations and maintenance.
Core responsibility will be to monitor and regulate the downtime of any operating machine in production and outer area.
Minimum spares availability awareness and clarity will be covered in routine activity.
Accomplish the projects on time with full support
Maintain Electrical systems as per SOP and performance monitoring. Electrical Log Book filling and review Troubleshooting related to plant production machines under scope.
Maintaining CLTI for equipment, panels Lighting fixtures. ISO Documentation – Auditable docs. Creating a idea generation environment from the team for saving and sustainability Recorded Handover- smoothly – Shift transition activity.
Daily periodic reporting to direct manager for performance evaluation of the electrical electrical safety equipment.electronics Awareness alert operation during duty hours.
Project handling in terms of Electrical and Electronics portion of Project

To maintain Inward and outward entries (Man, Material, Vehicle)
To be more attendive in monitoring the activities
Ensure security teams carries out effective investigation to reduce and recover the losses.
Responsible for enhancing and improving physical security. Must align with organizational security goals and objectives issued by the HO. Ensuring these are consistent followed up.

Finalization of Balance Sheet and Statutory Accounts
Knowledge of Accounting Standards
Liaison with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors
Monthly MIS to Management
Knowledge of filing of various returns of ROC / TDS / PF / ESIC / PT
Knowledge of Product Costing
Knowledge of Income Tax Act and filling of returns for Individual, Partnership Firms, Trust and Manufacturing Company
Knowledge of Assessment, Appeals, Provisions, etc. of Income Tax / Sales Tax / VAT etc.
Knowledge of Import and exports and various incentives available under Customs Act i.e. Advance License and Duty Drawback etc.
Thorough Knowledge about GST and GST reconciliation, Filing returns etc.
Over all supervision over accounting, taxation, bill passing team work
Co-ordination with Sales, Factory & Purchase team and ensure timely collection from customers and payments to vendors
Knowledge of Accounting Software, SAP, Tally, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Willing to travel to plant locations as and when required P
